Nothing else goes in the farm book. Violette never asks for your real name, your address, your date of birth, your phone number or any payment detail; there is nothing on the benches to pay for, so she has no use for them. Your password is kept only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (providing the account you asked for). Deleting your account clears all of it at once, using the button on your account page.

All of this stays on your own device; none of it is sent to the farm.

Google tags, planted only if you agree

Pick “Accept all” and we use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to count visits and to see whether our adverts lead people to play, for instance that a first spin took place. Google then receives your IP address, device information and those events. Pick “Essential only” and the same tags run in consent mode, with no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Request logs on the farm’s host

For security, our host holds ordinary request logs for a short while before clearing them. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

What Violette will never do with it

No payment data at any time, because the farm stand sells nothing.
No marketing email, unless you yourself ask for it.
Nobody buys or rents your data from us, at any price.
Nothing handed to gambling operators, and not one gambling affiliate link.

Your rights over the farm book (PIPEDA)

Whenever you like, you can access, correct, erase or restrict what we hold, object to processing, and withdraw consent. The delete button on your account page erases the account data immediately; clearing this site’s data in your browser takes care of the rest. Complaints can go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
