Terms of use on the benchland

1. Who looks after the lavender farm

These terms govern your use of lavenderbenchland.com ("Lavender Benchland", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of lavenderbenchland.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come up the lane

Only users aged 19 or over may use Lavender Benchland; by coming up the lane you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. The coins in the seed tin

• The coins in every game are virtual and handed over free of charge, like sprigs at the farm gate.
• A coin has no monetary value; it is not money, it is not credit and it is not property.
• Not a single coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred, or swapped for money, goods, services or prizes, and the farm runs no in-app purchases.
• There is no prize of real-world value, in the barn or anywhere else.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever the season calls for it, at any time.

4. No real-money gambling anywhere among the lavender

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted by Lavender Benchland, and no page links to a gambling operator.

5. Your account (your row)

• Redrail Koi Pond and Lakeslope Picnic open only with a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself, as Violette keeps the barn key. If someone else has been into your account, tell us at once.
• Your account page lets you delete the account at any moment. It goes immediately and cannot be brought back.
• An account may be suspended if it is used to disrupt the site, or if we believe a person under 19 is behind it.
• Coins, levels and missions stay tied to the account and never become your property; they can be reset.

6. How to behave on the benches

Do not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer coins in trade, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Barn hours and liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law says cannot be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. The law governing the farm

These terms are read under the laws of the Province of Ontario, together with the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
